Our CNC Turning section caters for all sizes from 2mm to 250mm diameter. For High volume, we offer bar feed up to 50mm diameter using files via CAD CAM. We also offer a range of semi CNC machines and manual machines.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling section can provide a diverse range of milling, using 3 axis machine using files via CAD CAM to 2 axis machines for second op works. We also offer a range of semi-CNC and manual machines.
Conventional milling and turning
Conventional turning lathes for the offs. Conventional milling for small batch work.
Fabrication and sheet metal
Our fabrication section can provide small to medium fabrications, welded or brazed constructions.
Sheet metal fabrication service to provide a wide range of components using mild steel stainless steel, galvanised steels and more.

Our CNC milling machine can produce any profile or shape required.
Welding and brazing
Welding and brazing of any material.
Maintenance and repair
We provide a maintenance and repair service to make good worn-out parts or replace them if not repairable. e.g. shafts, bushes, plugs, pins gears etc.
Power Networks
We offer a range of vacuum bottles, we produce all metal parts and do the complete assembly, including electrics and wiring. We also provide a wide range of HF fittings and components to assist these bottles as well as a repair and maintenance service.
